Windy night round Drake's Island

This was a windy paddle. We crossed over to the Hoe shoreline and had a little break in the Royal Corinthian Harbour while Terry checked everyone was happy with the conditions. We then meandered our way along to Firestone Bay, crossed the shipping channel over to Drakes Island. We went round the south side (the Mediterranean side apparently). While waiting over the reef on the east of Drake’s Island a curious seal had a good look at me. We then paddled home. There was almost a bit of surfing by one of the channel marker buoys on the way to Drake’s Island
