This was a short paddle on an overcast but comfortable day. We left Teignmouth around 11am having a slow coffee at Coryton Cove and back again to Teignmouth by about 2pm.
We caught Parson and Clerk with about 50cm water and more than that in swell so avoided going through. We did see two seals having gone through. We did have to launch and land through some low breaking waves.
I’m still having trouble rotate enough to do certain things; more stretching and exercise needed here.
